ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the VIE Group to set the vision on IT models.
- Mitigates risks by collaborating with internal delivery and solution teams.
- Collaborate and conceptualises frameworks in advancing new sets of services and products.
- Manages solution delivery and ensures enterprise obligations are met.
- Monitors and manages infrastructure performance, cost, and quality.
- Helps drive the company to achieve excellent service delivery operations in a cost-effective manner.
- Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all internal processes, handovers and protocols, and interfaces with clients on alignment/interpretation of these guidelines.
- Provides timely, accurate, and complete reports on the operating conditions of the group.
- Collaborates effectively with the management team to develop and implement plans and support the rapid growth objectives of our organization.
- Scheduling of staff on work assignments, employee training, leaves and breaks, overtime, and backup for absent employees.
- Conduct interviews, hire new staff, and provides employee orientation for the group.
- Coaches staff in resolving complex operational problems/issues.
CLIENT INTERFACE AND MANAGEMENT
- Represents group in coordinating with the Human Resources Department, supervisors, and managers, including upper management from other internal teams.
- Analyzes and documents processes and problems encountered during operations; Recommends and develops solutions to enhance efficiencies.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven exeprience and background in RedHat OpenStack
- SME on Openstack (Private/Public)
- Network Virtualization and Infrastructure (Private/Public)
- Comprehensive solution thinking
- Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and outside clients
- Ability to delegate and empower employees to meet performance targets
- Can lead teams through change and ambiguity with minimum business disruptions
- Champions operations excellence but can lead with agility as the situation requires it
- Builds and maintains relationships based on trust and collaboration
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
- Preferably someone who can start ASAP
- Must be willing to work in BGC, The Fort, Taguig
- Preferably someone who can start ASAP
