JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Full Stack Developer Engineer who can handle all the work of databases, servers, systems
  • engineering, and clients. responsible for front and back-end web development.
  • Experience with programming languages and databases including PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Will work directly with our clients and our team providing Service Management / ServiceNow Solutons and Architecture.
  • Candidate must have advanced level of knowledge with the ITIL framework, with ITSM/ITIL certification or background
  • Will provide ITIL-based Information Technology Service Management (ITSM)
  • Provide ITSM process (such as Change Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management) support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings in support of service management environment(s).
  • Must competently communicate and partner with customer service owners and managers on service management process improvement(s) and participate in appropriate customer focused service management forums and meetings.
  • Provide specific ITSM process (such as Change Management and Service Asset and Configuration Management) support to the preparation and evaluation of technical documents, papers, studies, analysis, and briefings.

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:
    • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
    • At least 7 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
    • Must have proven experience in ServiceNow and IT Sevice Management
    • ITIL Certified preferred but not a requirment
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience and background in ITSM, ITIL or related IT environment
    • 3 Years of related experience may be substituted for the BS or BA degree requirement
    • Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with information technology service managers and service owners, across a wide range of industries
    • Applicants must be willing to work in BGC,Taguig.
    • Preferably Assistant Manager / Managers specializing in IT/Computer – Software or equivalent.
    • Willing to undergo either on a 6 months Project Base Employment to 1 years with absorption depending on perfromance and become a ServiceNow Developer pioneer in the organization.
    • Preferably someone who start ASAP
